Autocontrollo, disciplina, privarsi di qualcosa, forse di tutto. Dimenticando il sorriso, lei affida la sua esistenza alla malattia, inconsapevole che niente sarà come prima. Impotente allo svolgersi dei fatti, lascia che la pazzia la trascini con sé, intrappolata dai suoi schemi mentali.

Self control, discipline, depriving herself of something, maybe everything, even forgetting how to smile, she entrusts her own life to the disease, unaware that nothing will be as it was before. Powerless and unable to face the events of life, she lets madness drag her away with itself entrapped by her mental patterns

Riscoprirsi, reinventarsi, vivere ed essere felice. Altre cose colorano la sua giornata. Antepone la sua felicità a tutto; ora allo specchio viene descritta un’ immagine: la sua.

Discovering herself again, reinventing herself, living, being happy. Other things colour her days. She puts her happiness before everything; now, the mirror reflects a new image: her image.

Nome sciarpa: LIBERTA’

Ora lei conosce il problema, ci gioca. Guarda il mondo per la prima volta, promettendo a se stessa che non farà più male alla sua vita.

Now she knows everything about the problem, she can even play with the problem itself; she sees herself for the very first time, and she promises herself not to do her life any harm any more.

Nome sciarpa: DISTACCO

Si riconosce in quel corpo che tanto aveva odiato. Ama le sue imperfezioni e la vita non la spaventa più. Anche lei, come tutti gli altri, ha diritto di essere felice.

She recognises herself in her own body, in the same body she had hated so much. Now, she loves her imperfections, life doesn’t frighten her any more. She has the same right as all the other people, to be happy.
